We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. While using the WY application, only the system information of the INTERVIEWEE is collected including Network location, look up on the possible applications that can help with interview fraud and active applications running that can help with screen sharing, screen controlling, Network, VPN devices, Video and audio functions.
How do we collect information?
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
Why do we collect such personal information?
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:​

To help clients in finding filtering out the fraudulent profiles/candidates during the first round of interview.

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
1. All the data (names and emails) related to the users using WY App for registration, login, interview, meeting and broadcast invites are stored in databases managed by WAY Consulting LLC to help with providing service to the customers.
2. Information related to the interviewees system is never stored and is only used in validation of the interview and any fraudulent practices during the interview and used to notify the interviewers.
3. integrityInterview.com is managed by WIX.com and only the user information used for booking demo session is used to contact the potential clients to provide demo and any product support.
How do you communicate with your site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone and text messages.
